Microwave defrosting

The second approach to microwave defrosting. The unique pulsatory defrosting so far not available on such a wide scale. The unit can defrost up to 7 tons of product per hour. The MiP 4, 6, 10 and 12 models are also provided with the touch screen intuition control panels. The power of installed microwave emitter varies from 75 to 300 kW.

Automatic flaying machine

Maja, well known for its flaying machines, has presented its new product. The functions of simultaneous fat removal and flaying, so far only possible to perform by the hand-operated unit, have been fully automated to take the shape of a belt type unit.

Ice generator

Maja guarantees the unique hygiene of the flaky ice production. Starting from the water connection where the UV lamp is a sterilizer, through the rotary evaporator, to end up with the drain channels and the silo.

Peripheral devices for stuffers

At the Bastra stand you can see new applications of the Frey stuffers. A new line of peripheral devices considerably increased the area of application of those devices. Modern design and a wide application range are only some of the properties that make those products unique.

Seydelmann meat grinder

New Seydelmann meat grinders are suitable both for fresh and frozen meat. They provide exceptional cutting quality at the minimum preheating of the raw material. The grinder throat diameter is 200 and 300 mm.

The unique design, use of wear- and acid-resistant materials (Corax) as well as automatic synchronization of the feed screw with the force screw results in the exceptional durability of the unit and eliminates the effect of crushing both fresh and frozen (-20ºC) meat. The meat grinder has been equipped with a force screw pusher and a special system to dismantle the feed screw. It will make it easy to keep the unit clean.

MH-293 intelligent injecting machine

The unit has been designed to perform highly repeatable injection shots with a capacity range from low (up to 10%) to high (above 100%) capacities. The available functions allow to inject only into a selected layer of the raw material, without penetration e.g. into fat layers, thus enabling the injection of boneless and bone-in red and white meat pieces as well as poultry carcasses.

PROMAR - PROMASOL ZP 50

Phosphate preparation designed for making soaking brines, used in the production of medium and highly efficient sausages and meat blocks. The use of this preparation assures the required appearance of the product (hard batons of well-bound consistency), reasonably high productivity and low storage losses. It is recommended for the production of sausages suitable for grilling. The fat from those grill sausages does not drip out during grilling, they maintain their appearance and proper taste.

PROMAR - UN emulsifier

General purpose emulsifier, suitable for the production of pate and liverwurst, prepared using the hot method and subsequently heat-treated. The emulsifier is also suitable for sterilized products. It has been proven to be good for fatty stuffings used to prepare wieners, mortadella and luncheon meat. It perfectly emulsifies fat and prevents the liquid to gather under the casing.

PROMAR - Promasol PBX for smoked meat

Highly specialized phosphate preparation suitable for making injection brines. It is used for the production of single muscle smoked products, particularly for the smoked and cooked sirloin. Carefully selected composition of ingredients makes it possible to obtain the product of very good structure, texture and high hardness and maintain the required tenderness.

PROMAR - Promasol PBX for hams

Highly specialized phosphate preparation suitable for making injection brines. It is used for the production of whole-muscle hams as well as hams made of two or more muscles, tied together or packed into film or nets. The use of this preparation ensures high productivity, excellent tenderness, good muscle binding, colouring and required product cross-section.

PROMAR - PROMASOL ZPL 50

Phosphate preparation with milk proteins suitable for the preparation of soak brines used in the production of medium and highly efficient sausages and meat blocks. The use of this preparation assures the required appearance of the product (hard batons of well bound consistency), reasonably high productivity and low storage losses.

PROMAR - Culinary meat brine

Phosphate-free brine preparation suitable for making injection brines used for improving the profitability of culinary meat, BBQ meat and meat prepared for cooking. Meat elements injected with the brine will maintain their natural appearance and feature lower leakage as compared to fresh meat. Barbecue meat and elements for cooking injected up to 25% do not show leaks even during VAC closing. The preparation is well fit for the production of gourmet minced meat.

PROMAR - PROSMAK seasoning mixes

New perfectly composed seasoning mixes: ‘Kiełbasa Mazowiecka' ideally emphasizes the meat content in the cured meat; ‘Podwawelska smak' - classic taste of the Podwawelska sausage with garlic and black pepper flavours; ‘Parówka Wyśmienita'- well composed mixture with a bit of sweetness; ‘Parówka Śniadaniowa‘ with a nutmeg flavour and a spicy note.

WEILER-BEEHIVE - pork and poultry deboning line

Weiler-Beehive line for the separation of pork and poultry bones consists of a 1102B type grinder for bone coarse grinding, and a belt conveyor handling bones to the special AccuPump 40 type pump. This unit enables high capacity of the line, as it mixes ground bones and feeds them through the pipe directly into the in-line EPAD 04 type separator. Thus composed, the line can give about 4-5 tons of deboned meat per hour.

Introduced in autumn last year, PEGASUS TFV 2000D-E trailer refrigeration unit makes a truly interesting market debut. Distributed by the German HEIFO Transportkühlung - the European representative for the manufacturer, i.e. Mitsubishi Heavy Industries - PEGASUS TFV 2000D-E is characterised by class-leading cooling capacity (19.06 kW at 0 ºC and 9.77 kW at -20 ºC) and extreme air flow efficiency (5.9 m3/h). In visual terms, the unit clearly stands out among the competition, its housing being designed in a modern way, as well as being extremely flat - only 430 mm in thickness. The semiautomatic peeling machine "PL1 D" is suitable for melons and pineapples; thanks to a mechanical system, it also allows pineapple coring, according to customer's requirement. The PL1D is manually fed and works for outer peeling all fruits, even if they are not calibrated or have an irregular shape. They can thus be easily peeled with maximum efficiency.
